Shipping Rates and Policies
 

SHIPPING:

Pro Sport Optics is pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 with UPS ground or FEDX ground service on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States. If you would like faster delivery we can also provide you with UPS 3rd day select, UPS 2nd day air at an additional cost. All shipping options are time in transit after the order has been processed and left the warehouse.

Approximate shipping times;

UPS ground:  2-10 business days in transit.

UPS 3rd day select:  3 business days in transit.

UPS 2nd day air:  2 business days in transit.

standard ups shipping rates will be charged for orders to alaska and hawaii

 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERIES:

The majority of Aplen products will be delivered with a signature required to minimize potential delivery fraud.

 

SALES TAX:

Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipped to a Colorado address. If your order will be shipped to any location in the state of Colorado your order will automatically calculate sales tax at the end or your check out process. If your address is in any other state you will not be charged sales tax.

 


LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This product is warranted to be free of all manufacturing defects in workmanship and material for the length of time specified in this warranty, provided that the product has not been abused, disassembled or tampered with in any way. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States and is valid only to the original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.

In the event of a defect under this warranty ALPEN® will at our sole discretion repair or replace the returned product, provided that the original purchaser returns the product postage prepaid to ALPEN OUTDOOR CORPORATION, 10329 Dorset Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. A money order or check in the amount of $15.00 to cover the cost of inspection and handling must also be included. Please be sure to include your name and mailing address along with a brief explanation of the defect found. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. If you require non-warranty repairs these will be provided at a reasonable cost.
